The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, exceptional client relationship management skills, and extensive experience handling sophisticated legal matters.This role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in the strategic growth and long-term success of the firm while collaborating with a talented team of legal professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee a substantial portfolio of clients and complex legal matters from inception through resolution.Provide strategic legal counsel and practical business-oriented solutions to clients across various industries and legal matters.Develop, maintain, and expand strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.Contribute to the growth of the firm through active business development initiatives, networking, and client acquisition efforts.Handle negotiations, litigation strategy, contract review, legal drafting, and dispute resolution matters as applicable to the practice area.Lead, mentor, and support junior attorneys, associates, and legal staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.Participate in firm leadership initiatives, operational planning, and strategic decision-making processes.Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards within the jurisdiction of practice.Represent clients effectively in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and negotiations when required.Required QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active Bar admission and good standing in the applicable jurisdiction.Minimum of 10 years of legal experience in a reputable law firm or corporate legal environment.Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow a portable book of business valued at $1M+ annually.Strong leadership, management, and client development experience.Proven ability to independently manage complex legal matters and high-value client relationships.Required Skills & CompetenciesExceptional legal research, analytical, and writing abilities.Strong negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills.Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking capabilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term professional relationships.High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience in one or more specialized practice areas such as Corporate Law, Litigation, Employment Law, Real Estate, Personal Injury, Family Law, Business Transactions, or related disciplines.Prior law firm partnership or leadership experience is highly preferred.Established industry relationships and strong professional network.Track record of successful business development and client retention.Compensation & BenefitsWe offers a highly competitive compensation structure commensurate with experience, qualifications, and portable business.
