Your responsibilities will include:Oversee the day-to-day relationship with the company's accounting and finance platform, reviewing outputs, ensuring accuracy, and resolving issues as neededServe as the internal financial point of contact, identifying discrepancies, troubleshooting reporting concerns, and escalating issues when necessaryEnsure weekly P&Ls, monthly financial statements, and cash flow forecasts are completed accurately and delivered on timeBuild and maintain financial models for revenue, labor, and cost of goods across multiple concepts, while supporting forecasting for future growth opportunitiesDevelop rolling forecasts, scenario analyses, and cash flow projections that provide leadership with clear, actionable insights for decision-makingLead the annual budgeting process across all departments and concepts, while tracking performance against targets and timelinesFacilitate regular P&L and financial performance reviews with leadership, helping department heads understand, manage, and take ownership of their numbersPartner cross-functionally with operations, culinary, beverage, events, HR, legal, and ownership to support cost control, compensation planning, compliance, contracts, and capital decisionsYour Qualifications:4+ years of relevant finance experience required; MBA not required but highly desiredMulti-unit hospitality or food and beverage experience highly desiredAdvanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and interpret models that support clear business decisionsAgile, strategic thinker who can connect financial details to broader operational and business goalsTech-savvy and quick to learn new systems, platforms, and tools in a fast-moving environmentStrong communicator with sharp analytical skills, follow-through, and the ability to present financial insights clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholdersGenuine interest in hospitality and curiosity around how the business operates, including the drivers of revenue, labor, cost of goods, and profitabilityEOE – EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
