Role Description We are seeking a Director of Finance to oversee the financial operations at Hotel Zephyr, Fisherman’s Wharf. This is a full-time, on-site position based in San Francisco, CA. Key responsibilities include managing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role demands strategic leadership in financial planning and reporting, along with providing actionable financial insights to support decision-making. Additionally, the Director of Finance will work closely with department heads to align financial goals with the overall organizational objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance managementStrong knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting processesDemonstrated Analytical Skills to assess complex financial data and make informed decisionsProven experience in developing and managing budgets effectivelyExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work on-site in San Francisco, CABachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced degree or CPA certification is a plusExperience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
