Company DescriptionMulti-billion-dollar company!150-million-dollar division!!Manufacturing CompanyJob DescriptionOversee scheduling, purchasing, and inventory control to ensure smooth material flow and on-time productionSupport production scheduling and coordinate with product line teams on forecasting and customer ordersEnsure all shipments meet established deadlines and customer specificationsSupervise staff, manage departmental budgets, set priorities, and establish policies for shipping, receiving, and storage operationsCoordinate vendor relationships and monitor inventory levels, work in progress, and finished goodsRecommend and execute major purchases while managing additional assigned dutiesDirectly manage a Purchasing Manager, Shipping Manager, and additional departmental personnel (approximately 10 indirect reports)Key RequirementsBS degree required; Technical Degree preferredBackground in Aerospace, Investment Casting, or a related metal working industry such as Forging or CNC MachiningMinimum of 5+ years of experience managing Supply Chain functions
