Traveling Apartment Maintenance Technician - HVAC Certified

We are seeking a reliable Traveling Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC Certified) to support our multifamily communities across multiple locations and cities. This is a 100% travel role, requiring weekly travel by plane and or car to the cities above and additional locations as needed. Requirements HVAC EPA type II is the minimum certification (Required)2 years of apartment maintenance experience. Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills. Ability to travel 100% of the time. Valid drivers license. Professional, reliable, and team-oriented. Responsibilities. Complete work orders and unit turns efficiently. Travel weekly to assigned properties. Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Maintain organized work areas and coordinate with on-site teams.
