Maintenance Technician, EPA Universal certification - Orlando, FL

Help us build a TEAM that CARES!Responsibilities:- Utilize expertise in HVAC systems, including design, refrigeration, and air conditioning, to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance.- Interpret schematics and blueprints to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.- Conduct property maintenance tasks related to air conditioning systems.- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient field service operations.- Assist in plumbing and building activities as needed.Experience:- Prior experience in HVAC systems, with a focus on air conditioning.- Proficiency in HVAC design, refrigeration techniques, and boiler operations.- Familiarity with property maintenance procedures.- Hands-on experience in field service operations.- Ability to interpret schematics accurately.Must provide your own tools that are required to conduct job effectively (i.e. hand tools, Volt-Ohm meter, charging gauges, and service wrench).Job Type: Full-timePay: Contingent on experienceBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceExperience:HVAC: 2 years (Required)License/Certification:EPA Universal (Preferred)
