This role requires strong electrical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to manage crews while ensuring safe, efficient, and code-compliant installations.This position requires advanced knowledge of electrical systems, experience in panel replacements, and the ability to oversee full project execution from site assessment through final inspection.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead installation of Kohler and Generac home standby generators in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standardsSupervise and direct installation crews to ensure quality and efficiencyPerform and oversee electrical panel replacements, transfer switch installations, and system integrationsConduct site assessments to determine proper installation locations and ensure compliance with local codes and regulationsCoordinate with project managers, inspectors, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs)Ensure all electrical work meets NEC and local code requirementsTrain and mentor apprentices and junior installersPerform system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioningMaintain accurate documentation of installations, inspections, and work performedPromote and enforce company safety standards on all job sitesRequirements:Requirements Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 2+ years of electrical experienceMinimum of 2+ years of leadership or crew lead experienceStrong experience with electrical panel replacements and service upgradesAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manualsStrong knowledge of electrical systems, safety practices, and code requirementsValid drivers license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a background checkMust meet company insurance requirements to operate company vehiclesStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistanceElectrical certifications or licensing preferredOSHA certifications are a plusCompensation details: 24-30 Hourly WagePIbaa328734177-26289-40249583
