Monitors performance trends and recommends improvements to strengthen delivery discipline and effectiveness. Advances the visibility and credibility of the AoE or specialized expertise through thought and technical leadership Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the sector. Supports sector-level capability advancement and the adoption of AoE or SME initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred. Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience required. Professional licensure or relevant certification required, where applicable. 10+ years of experience with demonstrated expertise within an Area of Excellence or specialized subject matter domain. Proven impact on improving standards, processes, or technical performance within teams or practices. Demonstrated ability to influence peers and strengthen consistency across multiple teams.
