Senior Manager – Infrastructure and Workplace Technology

We are seeking a high-impact technology delivery leader to drive site infrastructure and workplace technology initiatives across the Americas as part of the Future Ready Site Solutions (FRSS) organization.This role operates at the intersection of enterprise infrastructure, workplace experience, and corporate real estate, with accountability for project delivery, stakeholder alignment, financial governance, and escalation leadership across a complex enterprise environment.You will lead a team responsible for delivering network, workplace, and collaboration technologies supporting site builds, renovations, modernizations, and business transformations. Success in this role requires strong execution discipline, strategic thinking, financial rigor, and the ability to influence across highly matrixed organizations.This leader must operate with a “Project CEO” mindset — balancing delivery excellence, stakeholder management, operational stability, and business outcomes.What You’ll DoDelivery & Portfolio LeadershipLead and develop a team of project managers responsible for end-to-end delivery of enterprise site technology initiatives across the AmericasOversee Network Implementation programs resulting from:Site builds, closures, and expansionsMergers, acquisitions, and divestituresInfrastructure modernization and tech debt remediationWorkplace collaboration and voice transformation initiativesDrive consistent execution through strong project governance, risk management, budget oversight, and timeline managementServe as the senior escalation point for delivery risks and site-impacting issuesStakeholder & Business AlignmentPartner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services (CREWS), and business stakeholders to ensure alignment to enterprise standards and strategic prioritiesEnsure project teams effectively engage business leaders and lab owners to understand operational and technical requirementsCoordinate technology deployment readiness with construction and workplace timelines, including cabling, IDF/MDF readiness, and workplace infrastructure dependenciesRepresent HPIT site solutions and services with regional leadership and stakeholdersVendor & Financial GovernanceOversee a multi-million-dollar project portfolio with accountability for forecasting, budget management, vendor performance, and financial accuracyDrive accountability across strategic suppliers, deployment partners, and infrastructure vendors to ensure high-quality and on-time executionPartner with Finance and Procurement teams to support capitalization, cost control, and investment planningIncident & Escalation LeadershipLead management escalations for critical site-impacting incidents and high-risk project issuesCoordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to drive timely resolution and recoveryEnsure effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA) development and continuous improvement actions following major incidentsPeople Leadership & CultureBuild and mentor a high-performing organization focused on accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvementDevelop leaders who can operate effectively in highly matrixed environments while balancing business needs, technical complexity, and delivery executionFoster a culture of proactive communication, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellenceWhat We’re Looking For10+ years of experience leading enterprise infrastructure, workplace technology, or large-scale site deployment programsProven success leading high-performing teams and managing complex project portfolios with budgets exceeding $1MStrong expertise in:Project and program managementEnterprise networking and infrastructure technologies (WAN, LAN, WiFi)Vendor and partner managementFinancial planning and cost governanceDemonstrated ability to:Lead critical escalations in complex enterprise environmentsInfluence senior stakeholders across multiple organizationsDrive execution and accountability across matrixed teamsBalance operational stability with large-scale transformation initiativesWhat Sets You ApartYou think in systems, strategy, and outcomes — not just tasksYou drive accountability across teams, vendors, and stakeholdersYou lead through credibility, execution, and influenceYou are comfortable operating in high-visibility environments with executive stakeholdersYou can quickly align people, priorities, and execution to solve complex business problemsReality of the RoleHigh visibility, ownership, and accountabilityFast-paced environment requiring strong prioritization and executive communicationSignificant cross-functional coordination across business, technology, engineering, and workplace organizationsOpportunity to directly influence the future of enterprise workplace and site technology delivery across the AmericasPay & BenefitsThe pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additionalopportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to UnitedStates of America candidates only).
