Project Manager: Global Transformation AI ExpertRole OverviewThe Project Manager: Global Transformation AI Expert leads enterprise-scale transformation programs at HP, with an incremental focus on the design, deployment, and adoption of AI agents and intelligent automation across global functions.Operating at the Expert level, this senior role drives initiatives of high complexity, visibility, and business impact, translating AI strategy into disciplined execution. The role partners with senior and executive stakeholders to ensure AI solutions move beyond pilots into scalable, governed, and value-producing capabilities embedded in core business processes.Key Responsibilities / What You’ll DoAI & Transformation DeliveryLead end-to-end AI transformation programs, from strategy through execution and adoptionIdentify high-impact opportunities to leverage AI/ML, GenAI, and automation across business functionsTranslate business needs into scalable AI solutions in partnership with technical teamsStay ahead of emerging AI trends, tools, and platforms; evaluate applicability to the businessProgram Governance & ExecutionOwn scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk for large, multi-year initiativesEstablish and operate governance frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting cadences to ensure transparency and controlE2E Process optimization across GPOs including Lead to Order, Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Design to Operate, etc.Ensure AI initiatives align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and Responsible AI standardsStakeholder & Financial LeadershipServe as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing fact-based insights on progress, risks, adoption, and value realizationDrive financial discipline, including investment planning, forecasting, and benefits realization for AI and transformation initiativesCommunicate complex technical and AI concepts in a business-relevant, decision-oriented mannerRisk, Change & AdoptionIdentify delivery, organizational, and adoption risks early;
