Customer Service Representative

GMS Connect is forming a specialized team to provide exceptional customer service solutions for leading companies in the healthcare industry. We are proud to partner with an at-home test kit company contracted with health plans to offer essential kits for monitoring health, including A1C and urine tests. Our team will handle inbound calls, potentially outbound call to address inquiries,provide assistance, and deliver a positive customer service.
We are looking for:
English candidates (Preferred)
Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills
Previous customer service experience, (call center experience is a plus)
Entry-level computer skills, ability to multitask and navigate computer system efficiently
Strong problem-solving abilities
Team player
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
