Our team will handle inbound calls, potentially outbound call to address inquiries,provide assistance, and deliver a positive customer service. We are looking for: English candidates (Preferred) Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills Previous customer service experience, (call center experience is a plus) Entry-level computer skills, ability to multitask and navigate computer system efficiently Strong problem-solving abilities Team player Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment What sets us apart?
