Duration:Summer Internship (May-August)
Schedule:Monday-Friday, up to 40 hours per week
Work Environment:90% remote / 10% in office (~ 2x per month)

Help expedite onboarding for new hires, so they're ready to support clients and teams quicklyGuide candidates through onboarding steps and ensure completionProvide a welcoming, helpful experience for all new hiresOffer one-on-one support to answer questions and resolve issuesConduct I-9 verification meetings, reviewing documentation, and confirming compliance with federal requirementsAssociate Support (Core to the Role)
Respond to associate inquiries through our case management systemGain hands-on experience working in Workday, supporting real-time HR operations and associate data managementServe as part of a team supporting thousands of associatesAssist with policy questions and HR processesHelp ensure fast, accurate, and thoughtful responsesDocumentation & Compliance
Verify I-9 documentation and maintain accurate recordsReview background checks and support adjudication processesEnsure compliance with employment laws and internal policiesWhat We're Looking For
Current college junior or senior, or recent graduate, pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Fast and productive, with the ability to keep up in a high-volume environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyFriendly, approachable, and professional in all interactionsComfortable leading video calls with new hiresPatient and willing to guide associates through processes step-by-stepTeam-oriented and collaborativeNot afraid to ask questions and reach out to peers while learningStrong communication and organizational skillsInterest in HR, Business, or a related fieldWhat You'll Gain
