We focus on a holistic approach to wellness, combining traditional surgical expertise with robust support services like lactation consulting and pelvic floor therapy to ensure our patients achieve their best health outcomes in a supportive and friendly environment.Orange Blossom Women's Group delivers at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital, a premier destination for maternal care:Award-Winning Care: A 288-bed facility recognized by Healthgrades for Labor and Delivery Excellence.Modern Amenities: 8 private labor & delivery suites and all-private postpartum suites.Specialized Support: Level II NICU on-site for neonatal needs.Advanced Surgical Suite: Two newly renovated OB operating rooms and access to five Xi Da Vinci Robotic Systems.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive primary OB/GYN care, as well as any traditional surgical gynecology needs.Maintain a balanced 4-day work week (3 Clinic Days, 1 OR day).Split call coverage evenly amongst 4 Providers; CNMs cover most of the vaginal deliveries and take primary call.Utilize advanced technology, including access to the DaVinci robot.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Lactation Consultants and Pelvic Floor Therapists to provide "tons of support" for patients.Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards.QualificationsBoard certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.Active Florida medical license or the willingness to obtain one.Passionate about Women's Health and dedicated to high-quality clinical outcomes.Compensation & BenefitsVery Competitive Compensation with lucrative bonus opportunities.Partnership track available at 3 years.Comprehensive Health Benefits with the employer covering 80% of the medical premium.Generous PTO, paid holidays, and additional CME time off.Financial Perks: 401k with 3% safe harbor, CME allowance, and an annual cell phone stipend.Coverage: Malpractice + NICA coverage, plus license and DEA reimbursement.Support: Sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance available to those who qualify.Our practice is a proud member of Privia Medical Group, a national physician organization with more than 5,300 providers across over 1,300 locations in multiple states.
