Additional Information: Please use the transcriber test. You are REQUIRED to submit the profile with the test in work nexus otherwise the profile will be refused. Please do not submit more than 3 candidates per supplier.So when you submit them in work nexus you will submit their resume and the completed transcription test. Bi lingual candidates are not required but preferred for some of the openings. If you have anyone who speaks fluent Spanish they will have to complete the Bilingual Transcription test if they speak English and Spanish.This will be a remote role so the candidate can live anywhere in the US as the equipment will be shipped to them. the hours will be 7-3:30 pm and the manager is in eastern time zone. The contractors will all need to have Wi-Fi at home in order to do their work and headphones. HMS will provide all other equipment (laptops/keyboard/mouse).Once an offer is made you will still need to complete the standard hireright background check and 9 panel drug screen. The initial hours will be 8-4:30 pm for the first week or so to ensure equipment works/training is completed. Once training is completed the hours are flexible as long as candidates maintain a 40 hour work week.Please keep in mind that the transcription test provided is REQUIRED and profiles will be rejected if you do not have this included in work nexus. The candidates need to understand that we are seeking dependable and reliable individuals who want to work, we are not looking for people with attendance issues or someone who is not motivated to work.Transcribes portions of member responses to IVR calls including but not limited to: satisfaction survey responses, medical conditions, prescription drug names, and member centric information.• Transcribe recorded audio from phone-based interactions using proprietary transcription tools in accordance with HIPAA and company standards.• Complete strategic transcription/marking projects as requested.• Report member DNC requests to Transcription Manager.• Escalate member reports of Adverse Events to the appropriate PM/SC as necessary.• Escalate negative and/or life-threatening comments to the appropriate PM/SC as necessary.• Excellent written and oral communication skills.• Able to type at least 50 wpm accurately.• Excellent listening skills.• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.• Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer.• Bachelor's degree preferred.• Knowledge of Spanish a plus.• Healthcare experience a plus.• Transcription test must be taken on-site.
