The service-oriented Associate will use their analytical thinking skills to provide a high level of service to our food and consumer/industrial customers. Success in this position will require relationship building with external customers and internal cross-functional teams. This role is located in our Beverly, MA office.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Set Up & Management relating to:Customer Relationship Management & ERP database maintenanceCoordinate with Sales and customer to enter appropriate account informationOrder SupportPurchase Order/Contract review; order qualification and processing; post sales follow up; customer and program engagement; coordination with Sales, Professional Services and Supply Chain departmentsCollaborate with Supply Chain/Inventory, Programming, Shipping, and Finance departments to ensure on time deliveries and consistent customer communicationPhone support – field inbound calls regarding customer inquiries and ordersQuote ManagementCustomer & Product SupportTroubleshoot logistics, product and procedural issuesAct as a customer advocate to ensure timely delivery and engage in customer complaint processActively participate with Client Services team to establish processes and improve efficiencyAdd value to internal and external customersSupport clients program/project complianceLead qualification and follow up with SalesReturn Materials Authorization for post-sale servicesComplete projects with little supervision and/or directionOther tasks as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma OR GED3+ years of experience in customer facing role3+ years of experience with ERP system (including SAP, CRM, Sales Order Entry, Credit Return modules and inventory/purchasing modules)Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s DegreeAbility and desire to succeed in a cross-functional working environment requiredAbility and desire to learn client base and industriesExperience working with international customers3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite3+ years of experience in Operations and Logistics Support roleAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionDemonstrate passion, dedication, professionalism and proven executeDesire to grow with companyProfessional written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey ideas, information, and conceptsSuperior attention to detail to accurately input data and navigate databasesPay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $53,000.00 - $106,000.00 annually.
