AI & Analytics Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a AI & Analytics Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $125,000 – $135,000 annuallyResponsibilities Assist in building and enhancing AI-powered applications Build user-facing interfaces using modern frontend frameworks Develop backend services and APIs that integrate AI into business workflows Gather requirements from stakeholders with guidance from senior members Iterate on AI applications based on user feedback and testing results Support the integration of AI applications with enterprise systems Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for analytics and AI use casesQualifications 2-6 years of experience in data analytics, BI development, data engineering, or software development Hands-on experience building custom software products and delivering end-to-end solutions Proven ability to perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging for reliable application performance Experience building dashboards, reports, or data pipelines in a professional setting Proficiency in a modern frontend framework (React, Vue, Angular, or similar) Proficiency in a backend framework (FastAPI, Django, Express, ASP.NET Core, Spring Boot, or similar) Active GitHub profile or equivalent code portfolio with reviewable code samplesBenefits Opportunity for continuous learning and improvement in AI/ML Collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment Hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies and tools Potential for career growth in a developing professional role Exposure to AI applications in the healthcare domainOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
