The S6 Office serves as SSC's focal point for communications, IT, digital modernization, enterprise services, and data management.The AI Developer will design, develop, and integrate AI capabilities into web-based systems to enhance user experience, automate design processes, and enable intelligent, data-driven web functionality.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Development & IntegrationDesign, develop, and deploy ML/AI models (e.g., NLP, recommendation engines, personalization algorithms)Integrate AI into web apps via APIs, microservices, and cloud platformsOptimize models for performance, scalability, and responsivenessData preprocessing, model training, testing, and validation for productionWeb Design EnablementCollaborate with UI/UX designers to embed AI-driven features into interfaces and workflowsImplement intelligent features: personalized content, AI chatbots, dynamic UI/UX adjustmentsSupport automated design processes (layout optimization, A/B testing, content generation)Frontend & Web Application SupportDevelop AI-enhanced frontend components using modern frameworks (React, Vue)Ensure responsive, accessible, high-performance UIsTranslate design concepts into intelligent, interactive web featuresOptimize for speed, scalability, cross-browser compatibilityData & AnalyticsAnalyze user behavior and web interaction data to improve design/functionalityBuild predictive models for UX (personalization, search, recommendations)Generate insights for design improvements and engagement strategiesCollaboration & Lifecycle SupportCollaborate with product managers, designers, engineers on AI requirementsParticipate in system architecture, design reviews, agile developmentMonitor deployed AI systems, continuously improve performanceStay current with AI, UX, and web technology trendsQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fieldExperience developing and deploying AI/ML models into applicationsProficiency in Python and JavaScriptExperience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)Web development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript; frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and data pipelinesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsPreferredExperience with generative AI tools and AI-assisted design platformsKnowledge of UX/UI design principles and user-centered designExperience building AI-powered web apps (chatbots, recommendation engines)Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with real-time data processing and personalization systems
