Massage Therapist Part-Time

The Sonnenalp Hotel is seeking a Part Time Massage Therapist to join our Spa team This role is ideal for a skilled and service oriented professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting Wage Commission Application Deadline Hiring will occur on a rolling basis Applications will be accepted until April 15th or until the positions are filled Schedule 2 4 6 hours shifts between 830 am 730 PM Primary Purpose of Position Provide Spa guests with a relaxing experience by performing therapeutic massage and body treatment techniques Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform professional spa massage and body treatments compliant with the Sonnenalp Spa standards of practice and protocolsUphold the standards of hygiene and sanitation as directed by law and the Spa policies and proceduresMaintain a constructive attitude and effectively work in a team environmentParticipate in support training and staff meetingsAssist in Spa operations as requested by managementCorrectly clean and re stock treatment roomsRespond to guest special requests and contraindicationsHold and maintain a current policy of massage therapy liability insuranceEducationExperience Must be a licensed massage therapist in the state of Colorado with a minimum of 500 hours of massage education from an accredited massage therapy schoolMust have a high school diplomaMinimum 2 years of previous Spa or clinical experience is preferredMust be able to pass a criminal history checkMust be available to work one shift per month and attend trainingsSpecial SkillsEquipment Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skillsMust maintain a well groomed and professional appearanceMust be able to work weekend and holiday shifts and maintain a flexible working scheduleMust be trustworthy and able to work under minimal supervisionEssential Physical Requirements Must be able to perform the physical duties that the job requiresMust be able to stand for full length of shiftFrequent bending reaching stooping crawlingMust be able to work a minimum of 6 hours per shift 4 5 shifts per weekBenefits Resort DiscountsHoliday Pay & Sick Pay401k Retirement Plan & Roth 401k After one year and 1000 hours workedEmployee Assistance ProgramParking Credit or Discounted Bus PassesEmployee Meal
