Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through Amazon’s approved 3rd party Direct Source provider for the duration of the specified project and will not be an employee of Amazon.As a Supply Chain Capacity Analyst you will:Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce wasteProblem solve and design solutions for Amazon's networkMaintain/update internal documentation for internal training and referenceBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations disciplineStrong Math, Logical, Problem Solving skillsStrong data/analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)Analyst work background, or focus in higher educationConceptual understanding of systems, and configuration managementPreferred Qualifications:Ex-Amazon strongly preferredSQL Data Warehousing experience (managing large datasets)Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations disciplineStrong Math, Logical, Problem Solving skillsStrong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft ExcelAnalyst work background, or focus in higher educationConceptual understanding of systems, and configuration management
