This role will focus on analyzing supply chain capacity, identifying process improvements, and developing scalable solutions to support operational performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities with experience working in data-driven environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce operational wasteAnalyze supply chain and network capacity data to support business decisions and operational planningDevelop and maintain advanced analytical models using SQL and Microsoft ExcelIdentify bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions to improve efficiency across the networkSupport configuration management and system optimization effortsMaintain and update internal documentation for training, process reference, and operational standardsCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to implement solutionsPerform data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support strategic initiativesBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fieldStrong mathematical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skillsHigh proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel, including advanced modeling and data analysisPrevious analyst experience or academic focus in analytics, operations, or supply chainConceptual understanding of systems, processes, and configuration managementStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting large-scale supply chain or logistics operationsKnowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational best practicesExperience with forecasting, capacity planning, or network optimizationAbility to interpret complex datasets and present actionable insights
