We are currently hiring a Sr. Salesforce Developer with excellent experience in Salesforce platform development and customization for one of our esteemed clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building scalable Salesforce solutions and solving real-world business challenges, with the added support of our placement and career guidance services throughout the process.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)Build and maintain triggers, batch classes, schedulable classes, and asynchronous Apex (Queueable, Future methods)Develop and customize Lightning Components (Aura/LWC) to enhance user experience and functionalityConfigure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and page layoutsDesign and build integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), or platform eventsWork across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud based on project requirementsPerform data migration, data modeling, and data management using tools like Data Loader, Import Wizard, or ETL toolsWrite and maintain Apex test classes ensuring adequate code coverage (minimum 75%) and adherence to best practicesParticipate in code reviews, deployments, and release management using CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Salesforce DX)Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecksCollaborate with Business Analysts, Admins, and Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutionsPrepare and maintain technical documentation, design specs, and deployment guidesStay current with Salesforce releases (Spring/Summer/Winter) and recommend new features to improve platform capabilitiesRequired Skills & Qualifications:5-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce developmentStrong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes)Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware toolsWorking knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules)Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and CI/CD deployment toolsExperience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience CloudStrong understanding of Apex governor limits, bulkification, and performance optimization best practicesFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologyStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills to work with cross-functional and client-facing teamsGood to have certifications:Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) — RequiredSalesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) — RequiredSalesforce Administrator (ADM 201) — PreferredSalesforce App Builder — PreferredNice to HaveExperience with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or other integration platformsExposure to Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Einstein AnalyticsExperience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)Prior experience in a client-facing/consulting roleAdditional certifications: Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant📩 Interested?
