Adminstrative Coordinator
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle various responsibilities while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. The ideal candidate would also be a friendly and collorabitive, as we are substance use and mental health treatment center and work closely with our clients.
Duties
- Greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Provide clerical support by filing documents, maintaining records, and organizing office supplies.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while performing administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Perform data entry and manage databases as needed.
- Support medical reception duties if applicable, including patient check-in and appointment management.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Experience as a clerk or personal assistant is preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in an office or medical setting is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous for communicating with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
