The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence. The role includes managing office operations efficiently, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and providing support to executive staff as needed. Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including organization, time management, and attention to detailProficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance tasks, such as calendar management and travel coordinationClear and professional Communication skills for verbal and written correspondenceExcellent Phone Etiquette for managing inquiries and providing outstanding customer serviceProficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling softwareAbility to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environmentExperience in healthcare or a related field is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
