Job Title : GenAI with Java Full StackOverviewWe are seeking highly skilled Forward Deployment Engineers with deep expertise in Devin and modern GenAI tools to support enterprise-scale rollout and adoption across Wells Fargo. This is a hands-on full-stack engineering role focused on enabling LOB teams to improve the product delivery lifecycle through effective utilization of GenAI tools.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered solutions using Devin, Claude Code, and CursorIntegrate GenAI tools into enterprise SDLC workflows (CI/CD, internal platforms)Partner closely with Wells Fargo LOB teams to accelerate delivery and improve the end-to-end product lifecycle using GenAI capabilitiesLead tool onboarding, training, and enablement, driving adoption and best practices across teamsMonitor and optimize tool usage, efficiency, and performance outcomesEstablish and drive best practices for GenAI usage, including prompt engineering and workflow integrationProvide hands-on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and scaling supportRequired Technical SkillsStrong full-stack engineering experience (Java, React/Angular/TypeScript, Python)Experience with distributed systems, APIs, Event Driven and microservices architectureHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer toolingStrong understanding of cloud platforms (Ex. OCP, GCP)GenAI / LLM Expertise (Must-Have)Hands-on experience with:DevinClaude / Anthropic modelsDeveloper tools like Cursor / Copilot-equivalent toolsStrong understanding of:Prompt engineeringRAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)Agent-based workflows / tool usageMulti-agent architecturesMCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and integrationsAgentic services and autonomous AI workflows, including orchestration, tool chaining, and decision-driven execution across systemsSoft Skills & ExpectationsAbility to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments with high adoption demandsStrong collaboration with cross-functional and LOB teamsAbility to translate business needs into technical solutionsExperience working in enterprise environments with governance and compliance requirementsPassion for enabling teams and driving measurable productivity improvementsRoles & ResponsibilitiesThe Forward Deployment Engineers (FDEs) will act as hands-on full-stack engineers responsible for enabling and scaling GenAI tools (Devin, Claude Code, Cursor) across Wells Fargo.Lead end-to-end rollout of Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor across CDXO and LOB engineering teamsAct as hands-on full-stack developers, building and integrating solutions into enterprise SDLC workflows (CI/CD, repos, APIs)Define and execute enterprise rollout strategies, including phased onboarding and scaling modelsPartner closely with Wells Fargo LOB teams to improve the overall product delivery lifecycle through effective and optimized utilization of GenAI toolsConduct developer onboarding, training, and enablement sessions, driving best practices for prompt engineering and workflow integrationMonitor tool usage, performance, and efficiency metrics, and continuously optimize adoption and outcomesProvide hands-on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and scaling support for engineering teamsEstablish and promote best practices and reusable playbooks for enterprise-wide GenAI adoptionEnsure alignment with Wells Fargo governance, security, and compliance requirementsDelivery ExpectationsSuccessful deployment and scaling of Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor across CDXO and LOB teamsDemonstrable improvement in the product delivery lifecycle, including faster development, testing, and remediation cycles through effective GenAI utilizationIncreased developer productivity and automation outcomes driven by optimized usage of Devin, Claude Code, and CursorDefined, adopted, and standardized enterprise playbooks and best practices for GenAI usage across teamsContinuous monitoring and reporting of adoption metrics, usage efficiency, and value realizationStable, secure, and governed integration of GenAI tools into the enterprise SDLC ecosystemProactive identification and resolution of adoption gaps, inefficiencies, and scaling challenges
