The Administrative Assistant of Student Affairs performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the Office of Student Affairs.

Prior experience in student Affairs or administration in a higher education setting.

. Promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University.

Promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff, and students.
Job Duty
. Ensure that programmed activities enhance the mission statement of the university.
Job Duty
. Assist in completing required institutional and program accreditation reports and other reports necessary for the operation and advancement of the University.
Job Duty
. Represent and advocate for the LMU-CVM student body.
Job Duty
. Assist in maintaining student records and files.
Job Duty
. Process student expense reports.
Job Duty
. Purchasing for student clubs.
Job Duty
. Create imodules for student clubs.
Job Duty
. Process necessary student event forms (i.e. Legal, Risk Management, etc.)
Job Duty
. Manage NAVLE-prep course enrollment.
Job Duty
. Assist with student wellness events.
Job Duty
. Assist with CVM ceremonial events, such as Orientations, White Coat ceremony, and Commencement.
Job Duty
. Assist with CVM Awards Day planning.
Job Duty
. Verify vaccine records through Certiphi.
Job Duty
. Assist Student Affairs department as needed.
Job Duty
. Serve on assigned committees.

. Perform other duties as assigned.
