If you’re looking for a job at a growing company that really values its employees, reach out to us today!Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring Monitor and maintain mechanical equipment including water heaters, furnaces, large and small boilers, electric baseboard heat, A/C units, door buzzers, etc. Complete maintenance work orders in occupied unitsRespond to residents and communicate in a courteous manner through our mobile appPurchase supplies for buildings and provide labeled receipts for those suppliesDocument time to complete work orders using our mobile property management app, on your smart phoneMaintain building grounds and common areas by picking up trash, planting flowers, etc. Prepare vacant units for new residents--Lighting, sinks and faucets, appliances, flooring, tile, general repairs, HVAC, preventative maintenanceDevelop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep buildings looking and operating efficiently; prevent any safety risksHandle additional maintenance tasks as neededQualificationsKnowledge of building systems, and the ability to troubleshoot and fix problemsAdvanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniquesAvailable to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekendsExcellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detailPosition requires travel between properties in your own reliable vehicle.
