Restaurant Manager

We are an independently owned company operating successful brewpubs in ME, NH, and FL seeking a career-driven manager with a positive hospitality attitude. Our busy Kennebunk location is well established. You will benefit from existing systems and individual training but there is ample room for you to expand your hospitality interests. Rest assured, you will be challenged by this high volume facility and rewarded with a dynamic experience. We are looking to add a hardworking, energetic individual to our growing management team. We are seeking someone who can handle working in a fast-paced environment and exemplifies the leadership needed to reflect the Sea Dog Brand. The schedule will include days, nights, and weekends; availability for that is a must. The ideal candidate would have great customer service experience while not being afraid to assist in all aspects of the restaurant. Minimum Qualifications: Proven ability to work with a team and provide leadership. Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and computer skills. A willingness to both learn and teach in a mutually respectful work environment.
