Food and Beverage Supervisor

The Supervisor is expected to be friendly, optimistic, detail-oriented, have an outgoing personality, enjoy a proven passion and ability to anticipate and exceed our guests' needs, and deliver on service standards. They must be able to leverage their knowledge of food and beverage operations to excel at guest and team member relationsEssential duties: Prepare and serve drinks following policies and procedures, proper food handling and serving techniques, alcohol awareness, and federal, state and local regulations. Assist with beverage procurement, beverage costing, and maintain bar beverage inventory control Lead staff training sessions for orientation and new beverage products, and contribute to shift briefings as requested Ensure that all details of service are performed by the bartenders to expected standards and in line with Florida Law Monitor bar opening and closing duties and completed daily to standard by bartenders Work cohesively as part of a team and build relationships. Assure that all outlet opening/closing checklists are completed and staff is prepared for opening(s) / closing(s) under direction of restaurant management Maintain and update cocktail and liquor menus in conjunction with Food and Drink Management. Seek out the latest trends and products in the industry and share with F&D Management. Monitor and adhere to the rules and regulations established by the Company: includes monitoring of guest consumption and knowledge of procedures for handling intoxicated guests. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 4 years of bartending experience in a highvolume bar, lounge or highend restaurant. At least 3 years of leadership experience. Required to have knowledge of safe serving of alcoholic beverages. Exceptionally serviceoriented/ understands hospitality. A cultural match (passionate, financially responsible, peoplefocused).
