Budtender - Part Time - NE Columbia Blvd

OLCC licensed Cannabis Retailer currently seeking a Budtender with an outgoing personality. This position is responsible for building rapport with clients, becoming an expert on the strains and products that we have selected, upholding brand standards, and meeting/exceeding personal sales goals. Cannabis Retail experience is a MUST (previous medical and/or Rec dispensary). ** Must have valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION - Responsibilities of the position include: Sales Product Knowledge Merchandising Personal Shopping Monitoring and Tracking Personal Sales Numbers Building Strong Customer Relationships Cash Handling Suggestive Selling Compliance with OLCC retail regulations Handling Social Media and other marketing outlets Our ideal candidate will be/have: Solid cannabis knowledge of types of products, strains, usage, etc. A high-energy individual with a positive "can-do" attitude. Well organized and detail-oriented. A team player. Powerful written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of basic computer skills, Point of Sale software, and cash management Sense of ownership and commitment to superior customer service. Relevant employment history, exhibiting a desire for long-term employment. Goal-Oriented. Passionate about the Recreational/Medical Cannabis industry and the experience and/or knowledge to back that up. Able to ask for help when needed. Open to critique and able to take direction. Qualifications: Cannabis industry retail experience is a MUST 2 year customer service experience 2 years of retail sales experience 1 - 2 years Cash handling experience 21+ years of age No felony convictions Must be on time ready to work when scheduled. Must be able to successfully work in a team environment. Able to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Willing and able to follow the OLCC Recreational Cannabis Code as indicated in the State of Oregon revised statutes.
