Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences and needs, including conducting product demos when appropriate Operate Dutchie accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure product availability and visual appeal Upsell products by informing customers about new or complementary items to enhance their experience and increase sales Manage inventory levels through stocking, merchandising, and regular stock checks to ensure product freshness and availability Follow phone etiquette standards when answering inquiries or providing information about products and store policies Experience Prior retail sales experience, especially within grocery stores or similar retail environments, is highly preferred Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings and customer interactions Bilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with Cannabis POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions Strong communication skills to educate customers about products and promote responsible consumption Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising strategies, and stock management Knowledge of cannabis products or willingness to learn about industry-specific regulations and product details Join us in delivering outstanding service while promoting safe consumption practices in a fast-paced retail environment.
