We are One Team, overcoming obstacles together and celebrating together.To learn more about our story click HERE._The Repair_ _Tech 1 will perform repair, replace and/or service work of Company products_ _in accordance with_ _prescribed procedures_ _._**Team Member Benefits:**+ Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance along with a 401(K) program,a wellnessprogram, fitness center, PTO, and much more.+ Career advancement opportunities.**You'll** **be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:**+ Read andcomprehendrepair order information and parts schematics.+ Complete the information on the repair order form+ Work involveslocatingreplacementproductsin accordance withwork instructions.+ Make decisionsinaccordanceto work instructions+ Recognize and report operational irregularities and defective materials.+ Work from parts sheets,specificationsandwork instructions.+ Under supervision make recommendations as to warranty liability and any unusual repair problems.+ Work is subjectto in **-** process and final inspection.+ Responsible for quality of work,safetyand housekeeping in assignedarea.+ Be a Milwaukee Tool culture champion byhandlingtasks as assigned,including working on different processes and departments as needed.**The TOOLS** **you'll** **bring with you:**+ Requires an education equivalent to high school diploma or GED+ Must have mechanical skills and diagnostic skills+ High attention to detail+ Basic computer and writing skills**Internal Qualifications**+ No final warnings+ No more than 6 attendance points+ Efficiency and Quality goal met for previous 3 months+ Must be in current role for 6+ months+ Must meet all job description requirements.**Physical and Weightlifting Demands:**+ Standing forlong periodsof time+ Repetitive motion+ Frequent bending, stooping,pushingand pulling of parts and containers+ Able to work in various temperature conditionsThe physical and weightlifting demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
