You must maintain State Board compliance and keeping accurate and complete records. Provide excellent customer service, achieve all services and product goals as well as follow all of FACE FOUNDRIÉ guidelines.READY TO BE A PART OF SOMETHING REVOLUTIONARY?!As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ AP ESTHETICIAN you will...Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guestsAchieve personal/store sales and service goalsDemonstrate, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ productsPerform short services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, checmical peels, waxing, brow and lash servicesActively recommend additional services when appropriateUse an appointment book or system to book for return servicesFollow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all timesCreate and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer serviceWork with Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure necessary items are on hand at all timesAssist in all in store operational processesEnsure store standards are adhered to at all timesAccurately follow all company time keeping proceduresAttend mandatory product training and team meetingsExperience we are looking for...Advanced Practice Esthetics LicenseExperience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tintingDeveloped communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to build and maintain strong customer relationshipsJob Types: Full-timeAvailability: Nights and Weekends (Required)Education: High school or equivalent (Required)License: Advanced Practice Esthetician (Required)
