Program Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Program Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of a residential program serving individuals and families experiencing crisis. This leadership role is responsible for supervising staff, coordinating client services, ensuring program compliance, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment for residents. Schedule Full-time, Flexible schedule based on program needs Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call responsibilities as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Human Services, or a related field required Experience in human services, crisis intervention, residential programs, or victim advocacy preferred Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis response preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to build positive relationships with community partners and service providers Excellent documentation and case management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance Key Responsibilities Supervise the daily operations of a confidential residential program Provide case management, assessments, crisis intervention, and supportive counseling to residents Coordinate referrals and connect clients with community resources and supportive services Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with agency and funding requirements Facilitate educational and life skills groups for residents Respond appropriately to crisis situations while maintaining a safe environment Supervise shelter staff, volunteers, and student interns Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance support Collaborate with leadership to develop, improve, and implement program services Monitor program compliance, collect data, and prepare required reports Participate in on-call and holiday rotation as required Perform other duties as assigned Salary: 55K Personnel Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #CL
