Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - $2,492 per week

Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Bakersfield, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel The Critical Care Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care in a variety of critical care settings. Consistently performs according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care. Responsibilities include monitoring, assessment, vital sign monitoring, ventilator management, medication administration, intravenous insertion and infusion, central line care, catheters, and maintenance of a running record of the patient's status. The Critical Care RN must be prepared at all times to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation and other lifesaving measures for the patients in their care.
