Pilates Instructor — Join Our Team We are looking for a Pilates Instructor who loves movement, community, and inspiring others. If you enjoy creating strong, meaningful classes, connecting with clients, and being part of a supportive studio, we’d love to meet you. This role is perfect for someone who is reliable, confident in their teaching, and excited to grow within a beautiful, boutique studio environment. This will be at our brand new Reformer Pilates Studio located in the heart of Pasadena. (Location is not disclosed for privacy reasons). What You’ll Do Teach fun, effective Pilates classes with strong form and flow. Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to lead. Create thoughtful routines that challenge, support, and energize clients. Offer modifications and advancements for all levels. Bring positive energy, presence, and professionalism to every class. Help keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming. Who You Are Certified in Pilates Reformer or in Pilates Reformer Training. Confident with anatomy, alignment, and cueing. Warm, friendly, and approachable. Reliable and punctual. Passionate about helping clients feel strong and successful. Bonus Points Not required, but wonderful to have: Experience in yoga, barre, mobility, dance, or other modalities. Interest in building class formats or specialty workshops.
