The Swim Instructor will be responsible for teaching swim lessons to individuals, guiding participants in mastering swimming techniques, and ensuring safety during swim sessions. The role includes assisting swimmers in learning proper strokes, building water confidence, and adhering to safety protocols. Maintaining a positive, encouraging environment is essential to foster student growth and enjoyment.QualificationsProficiency in Swim Instruction, Swim Lessons, and teaching swimming techniquesStrong Swimming and Aquatics experienceBackground in Lifeguarding, including knowledge of water safety protocolsEffective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse age groupsCertifications such as CPR, First Aid, and Life Saving preferred
