This role is responsible for overseeing daily live streaming operations, managing streamer performance, and planning and maintaining structured streaming schedules to ensure consistency, coverage, and strong performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee TikTok live streaming operations to drive engagement, watch time, and conversion ratesDevelop, manage, and optimize streaming schedules for live stream hosts, ensuring consistent coverage and performancePlan and execute live streaming events, themes, and promotional contentSupervise, train, and support live stream hosts to improve content quality and on-air performanceMonitor and analyze live streaming data to identify trends and optimize strategiesCollaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to support campaigns and improve live streaming resultsQualifications2+ year of experience in live streaming operations, social media operations, or a related fieldStrong understanding of TikTok and live streaming platformsAbility to analyze performance data and apply insights to improve resultsExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience with overseas markets or MCN operations is a plusBilingual in Mandarin and English is required or strongly preferredCompensation & Benefits $30 – $34 per hour (DOE) 401(k) with matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off A fast-growing and dynamic environment in the live commerce industry
