This role will oversee administrative and clinical support staff while helping drive operational efficiency, workflow improvements, and high-quality patient care.ResponsibilitiesSupport operational and business requirements related to patient assignment, specialty networks, utilization management, and practice workflowsPartner with leadership to develop operational plans, manage budgets, control expenses, and support revenue improvement initiativesCoordinate facility operations including space planning, office moves, and maintenance activitiesEnsure HIPAA compliance and proper handling of clinical records and documentationAssist with equipment procurement, maintenance coordination, and vendor/service evaluationHelp develop and improve patient care workflows, operational procedures, and staffing coverageSupport implementation of new technologies, systems, and workflow enhancementsMaintain quality control processes and collaborate with risk, quality, and clinical teams to improve patient servicesServe as a key resource for staff and physicians regarding operational systems and process improvementsSupervise administrative, clinical, and technician staff including scheduling, training, performance management, and employee developmentPartner with departments including facilities, billing, payroll, HR, utilization management, and quality teams to support daily operationsIdeal BackgroundExperience leading teams within a physician practice, clinic, or multi-specialty medical officeStrong understanding of healthcare operations and patient flowComfortable managing staffing, workflows, and operational improvement initiativesStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
