LIXIL EMENA is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Specification Manager to join our Projects UK team and represent our internationally respected brand, GROHE.This role is suited to someone with deep industry knowledge, strong technical understanding, and a proven ability to influence specifications within complex project environments. You’ll be handling high-value customer relationships, managing multi-stakeholder decision chains and driving specification-led growth.About The RoleAs Specification Manager, you’ll take ownership of specification activities across the hospitality, residential, and A&D (architecture & design) sectors. You will be responsible for securing and protecting GROHE specifications across Surrey, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, North Hampshire and West London, ensuring they are retained through to order and delivered successfully.You will also collaborate with our commercial merchant partners to maximise value, jointly manage project pipelines, and develop new business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesGain and protect specifications through architects, designers, developers and contractorsIdentify complex projects early and navigate multi-layered decision processesPromote GROHE’s technical and value proposition to contractors, consultants, installers and merchantsCo-manage projects with commercial merchant accounts to increase sales turnoverMaintain and update CRM (Salesforce) with accurate and timely project dataGenerate and convert pipeline opportunities using tools such as ABIDeliver CPDs and represent GROHE at industry events and exhibitionsEnsure a high standard of project delivery and customer satisfactionSubmit monthly reports as requiredWork cross-functionally to support broader business objectivesAbout YouProven experience in a project-based role within construction, sanitaryware, KBB, or similar built environmentStrong track record in specification salesIn-depth knowledge of residential new build and/or hospitality project environmentsExcellent technical product understanding, ideally including bathroom fixturesStrong account management skills and ability to develop long-term relationshipsConfident presenting CPDs to A&D professionalsExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce highly desirable)Excellent communication and presentation abilitiesFull UK driving licence (clean preferred)Why Join Us?Represent a well-established, premium global brand that opens doorsWork in a collaborative and performance-focused team with clear development ambitionsContribute to growth in a business undergoing transformation under new leadershipAutonomy in managing your territory with clear access to stakeholders and decision-makersOpportunity to influence high-profile projects from concept to completionIf you are an experienced specification or project sales professional, with the drive to deliver long-term impact and value, we’d like to hear from you.Apply now and play a key role in shaping the future of GROHE’s project business across the UK.
