Job Title: Title Processing SpecialistJob DescriptionThis role involves processing and assigning titles from salvaged vehicles. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide a variety of support services in a title center office environment. Process orders and assignments, including logging and tracking of mail. Open incoming mail and prepare outgoing packages. Scan and enter documents and data into the computer system the same day they are received. File and pull documents in correct numerical order. Set up new records and maintain existing records. Match records by comparing data points. Communicate professionally through email and system notes. Follow well-established procedures under the close direction of a supervisor. Be open to learning automobile titling.
