We believe in providing staffing solutions to address the current talent gap - Right Talent - Right Time - Right Place - Right Price and acting as a Career Coach to our consultants.Job Title: Program Manager II (39005)Duration: 12 MonthsLocation: 1030 Delta Blvd., Atlanta, GA 30354Pay Rate: $85/hr on w2Shift: 8am-5pm; M-F ResponsibilitiesPreparing for product launch of a new NDC API-based travel platform for technology partners and travel agency consumptionDesign and implement processes to assist in travel agency or developer onboarding and integrationCreation of artefacts and content to assist customers in evaluating, acquiring, and operating a new content channelAnalyzing and documenting user needs for a variety of customers including buyers and product operatorsQualifications4-6 years of relevant work experiencePrior experience as an Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Marketer, Launch Manager, or Business Analyst for a B2B productHigh-level knowledge of travel related industry segments (airlines, hotels, travel agencies), including understanding of NDC (New Distribution Capability.)Basic project management skills with the ability to coordinate and visualize activities, dependencies, and deliverablesAbility to understand customer motivations andSelf-motivated, solutions-oriented, multi-task capable, and have a demonstrated ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentStrong organizational skills and comfort using a variety of tools for managing information and content Preferred QualificationExperience in technical product management or operations at an airline, travel agency, online travel distributor or GDSExperience with NDC standards and implementationExperience with customer journey mapping and customer segmentation techniquesDepth of experience in launch management for a globally available B2B product or serviceDevelopment experience using SOAP or RESTful APIsExperience with Business Model Canvas or Value Proposition Canvas toolsetWhy work with us - At Net2Source, we believe everyone has an opportunity to lead.
