Job Title - Associate Consultant-Channel Development Job Location - Georgia (Onsite)Experience: 5 to 10 YearsPreferred: W2 OnlyJDThe Channel Development Consultant leads cross‑functional initiatives that align business processes, technology, and organizational goals during periods of transformation—such as mergers and acquisitions, new system implementations, operating model changes, or major strategic programs. This role ensures that people, processes, data, and technology come together cohesively to support seamless business operations.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong program management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of how business processes connect across departments.Integration Strategy & PlanningExecute integration plans that align with overall business objectives.Identify dependencies, risks, and critical integration touchpoints across teams and systems.Partner with leadership to define success metrics, integration timelines, and operating models.Cross‑Functional LeadershipServe as the central liaison across departments—including Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Sales, and Product—to ensure alignment on all integration efforts.Facilitate decision‑making and remove blockers for cross‑functional teams.Lead workshops, working sessions, and communication forums to drive clarity and alignment.Process & System IntegrationAssess current‑state and future‑state processes to identify gaps, redundancies, and optimization opportunities.Work closely with technical teams to ensure systems (ERP, CRM, data platforms, etc.) support integrated business processes.Oversee data migration, validation, and harmonization efforts during integration projects.Change Management & CommunicationDeploy change‑management plans that support stakeholder adoption and minimize operational disruption.Deploy communication strategies and materials that clearly articulate project objectives, progress, and impacts.Deploy training and equip business users to adopt new processes and systems.Program & Performance ManagementCreate project roadmaps, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track progress and outcomes.Monitor KPIs and performance indicators to ensure integrations deliver expected value.Drive continuous improvement and post‑integration optimization.Qualifications RequiredBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field.5–10 years of experience in business integration, business transformation, program management, operations, or a similar role.Strong understanding of cross‑functional business processes and enterprise systems.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑department initiatives.PreferredExperience in M&A integration, ERP/CRM implementation, or enterprise transformation.PMP, Prosci, Agile, or similar certification. Operational knowledge of wealth management businessesExperience working in fast‑changing or matrixed environments.
