Peoplesoft Payroll Lead
Responsibilities:Required Skills:PeopleSoft Payroll: Deep understanding of the entire pay cycle, including setup, end to end processing, and reporting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft tools like Application Engine(Integration/Process), SQR and PeopleSoft Query. Ability to review and modify code (e.g., retrofitting). Data Review: Payroll Check to Check comparison To review all mass uploads(Time Attendance , Adhoc uploads etc) come into Payroll and export from payroll Oracle HCM Integration: Experience integrating PeopleSoft Payroll with Oracle HCM modules is a plus. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot payroll issues and provide effective temporary and permanent solutions.Responsibilities:Provide primary support for PeopleSoft Payroll functional activities.Review and modify PeopleSoft code as needed.Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues.Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure smooth operations.Desired Qualifications:Strong technical and functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll and Core HR Experience working in a complex payroll environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience on Contract modules will be a great add on
