• 8+ years of experience in mainframe production support with COBOL, DB2, and JCL• Strong knowledge of batch processing, job scheduling, and z/OS• Experience with incident management, RCA, and production troubleshooting• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Control-M or CA7• Strong communication and ability to work under pressure
