Senior Web Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Senior Web Developer Contract to Permanent to join our dynamic development team. Join a team responsible for 100+ applications serving ~1,500 mortgage lending customers nationwide. You'll design cloud architecture, build modern APIs, and modernize legacy systems — roughly 50/50 new development vs. maintenance. Weekend deployments 1–2 times per month.
*What we are looking for: *
*1. AWS Cloud Architecture*
* Design and implement scalable, secure, highly available solutions in AWS
*2. C# / .NET Development*
* 8+ years in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework 4.8, Web API
* Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and background services
* Comfortable across both modern .NET Core and legacy ASP.NET MVC codebases
*3. Design & Architecture*
* Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available AWS cloud solutions.
* Define cloud architecture standards, best practices, and governance.
* Lead application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
*Additional Skills: *
* *Authentication:* OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, SSO (Okta)
* *Databases:* Oracle (90% of our data) and PostgreSQL (new work) — stored procedures, performance tuning
* *Frontend:* HTML, CSS, JavaScript; ability to work in React or Next.js
* *CI/CD:* Azure DevOps pipelines
* *Production support:* Troubleshoot issues, root cause analysis, on-call comfort
Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
