Concrete Laborer

Job Description Talent Corps is seeking reliable Laborers with Concrete Experience to join our team on a long-term concrete project in Austin, TX (Austin and surrounding area).This is an excellent opportunity to work full-time with steady overtime while gaining valuable experience in large-scale concrete construction.Pay & Schedule:$18–21/hr (based on experience)Monday–Friday, 1st shiftRegular overtime available (5x10s + 8hrs Saturdays)Long-term project running through 2027Job Duties:Assist concrete finishers and form carpenters on sitePrepare and stage materials for poursPlace, vibrate, and help with finishing concreteGeneral site cleanup and debris removalLoad and unload tools, materials, and equipmentDig, lift, and move heavy objects as neededMaintain a safe and organized work environmentRequirements:Prior construction or concrete site experienceStrong work ethic and willingness to learn concrete skillsMust own and provide required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): hard hat, safety vest, work boots, and glovesReliable transportation to the job siteMust complete safety/orientation training (provided)Must be able to pass a drug screen and badging processOSHA certification a plus, but not requiredWhat We Offer:Competitive pay with overtimeLong-term, steady work on a major concrete projectWeekly payApply Today!Submit your application directly through ZipRecruiterCompany DescriptionTalent Corps is an equal opportunity employer.
