Concrete Laborer

Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking a hardworking and dependable Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. In this role, you will assist with various tasks related to concrete work, including preparing sites, mixing and pouring concrete, and finishing surfaces. At Advance Onboarding Solutions, safety and teamwork are priority, and we offer a supportive environment for your growth and development in the construction field.ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing construction sites by cleaning, leveling, and setting up necessary forms and structures for concrete work.Carpentry workBuilding wood structuresMix, pour, spread, and level concrete accurately according to project specifications.Assist in smoothing and finishing concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools.Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required for concrete tasks.Maintain tools and equipment in good working conditionsRequirementsPrevious experience in concrete work or construction labor is a must.Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods.Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols.Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.BenefitsPay starts at $20-23 per hr.
