Litigation Paralegal – Advocacy
A highly respected Seattle-based litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its team supporting complex, long-term plaintiff-side litigation. The firm focuses on impactful, mission-driven work representing individuals in sensitive matters, including cases involving gender-based violence and abuse.This is a unique opportunity to work closely with clients on a large-scale, multi-year case involving over 150 individuals. The role is highly collaborative and client-facing, offering meaningful work in an environment committed to advocacy, equity, and inclusion.Key Responsibilities:Support attorneys in all phases of litigation for complex, multi-party casesDraft pleadings, assist with discovery, and manage case documentationCoordinate and order medical and other case-related recordsMaintain detailed and organized case files (high attention to detail required)Communicate directly with clients in a compassionate and professional mannerAssist with trial preparation (trial expected for select groups of plaintiffs)Qualifications:3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (law firm or nonprofit preferred)Strong drafting and discovery experienceExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable working on sensitive, client-facing mattersInterest in advocacy, equity, and social impact workExperience with King County e-filing is a plus (not required)Work Environment & Structure:HYBRID schedule: 2 days in office, remainder remoteOccasional travel required within Washington State to meet with clientsCompensation & Benefits:Salary: $95,000 – $100,000401(k) with 4% employer match + profit sharingMedical, dental, and vision coverageGenerous PTO, paid holidays, and sick leavePaid parental leave + sabbatical programCLE/professional development budgetCommuter benefits (ORCA card or parking stipend)Additional Details:No billable hour requirementFirm is actively interviewing an if you would like a chance to chat, please send your resume to: Tessie.Gonzalez@RandstadUSA.com.
