Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site role as a Program Supervisor based in the Rochester, New York Area. The Program Supervisor will oversee day-to-day program operations, supervise volunteer tutors and students, develop and implement programs, and manage casework to address the academic needs of students. The role involves ensuring the alignment of programming goals with the Center’s mission, providing guidance to teams, and fostering a collaborative environment to support student success.QualificationsBachelor's degree in education, social work, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years working with children (education/tutoring preferred)Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead teams and communicated effectively with students, families and tutorsExperience in developing and managing educational programsPassion for community engagement and helping children succeed academically
