This role oversees all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for G&A functions, headcount management and incentive planning.This role partners closely with HR, Legal, and corporate functional leaders to ensure accurate workforce planning, disciplined cost management, and effective incentive governance. The ideal candidate for this position will have seasoned FP&A acumen, clear communication skills, an ability to positively collaborate and influence across varied functions and cultures, and experience operating in a matrixed company.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal G&A Financial ManagementOwn budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for G&A functions (e.g., HR, Legal, CFO organization, Corporate)Provide actionable insight on cost drivers, staffing levels, and productivity metricsPrepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior finance leadershipHeadcount & Workforce PlanningLead end‑to‑end headcount planning, including position approvals, hiring assumptions, midpoint vs. actual tracking, and vacancy managementPartner closely with HR on workforce analytics, merit planning, and organizational changesIncentive Planning & Compensation SupportSupport Short‑Term and Long‑Term Incentive (STI/LTI) planning, tracking, and forecastingPrepare financial inputs and materials for incentive target setting and Compensation Committee reviewsPerform scenario analysis on payout outcomes and financial impactsBusiness Partnering & Process ImprovementServe as a trusted finance partner to corporate functional leaders and HRDrive process improvements across G&A forecasting, headcount approvals, and incentive workflowsSupport systems‑driven planning (e.g., Anaplan) and data automation initiativesQualifications & RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience in a dynamic organizationBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field from an accredited and recognized institution of higher learning is required with an advanced degree (MBA, equivalent) preferredProven analytical skills with a hands-on and detail-oriented nature; able to accomplish deep-dive analytics both individually and in collaboration with the FP&A teamStrong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Exposure to headcount planning and incentive/bonus programs strongly preferred.Curious, independent and proactive thinker with demonstrated record of approaching management with original and creative views on how to improve the business using data driven analysisAdvanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skillsClear verbal/written communication and presentation skills with an ability to influence and build positive interpersonal relationshipsAbility to cope in a fast, dynamic environment and manage a wide range of tasks simultaneouslyCollaborative team playerHigh degree of personal and professional integrityMulti-outlet brick & mortar retail and/or entertainment industry experience a plusKnowledge of and experience with financial planning systems (Anaplan and Workday experience a plus)Benefits AvailableAt Cinemark, we believe every team member should feel like a hero.
